It's all about the cake... she said
As a mother of 3 kids, I came to understand the importance of the birthday cake in the life of a family. The way we gather and celebrate the important dates in life, is mainly the way we make memories with our loved ones, so I turned my hobby, into the center piece of people's more important day in life.
I studied french pastry as a way of killing time back in Moscow, while my children were at school. I had the priviledge of raising them while baking and developing what turned out to be my passion and career.
Fast forward 12 years , many many cakes more, a , here I am , back at the Rio Grande Valley, opening my Food boutique.
